About this position
The Service Writer in the truck shop is responsible for various tasks, including:
Greeting customers and explaining the services offered by the shop.
Documenting truck/product issues and coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient service.
Preparing and managing repair orders, including estimating costs and scheduling appointments.
Communicating with customers about the status of their vehicle and any additional services needed.
Processing customer transactions and handling complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a good understanding of automotive/diesel services.
