Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in upscale or fine-dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and elevated service standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm, polished, and guest-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
