Position OverviewPosition: Outside Sales Engineer
Location: Bay Area (South San Francisco, Hayward, Dublin, Livermore)

Rust Automation & Controls is seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Engineer to support and grow the Bay Area territory, including South San Francisco, Hayward, Dublin, and Livermore. This role focuses on sales and promotion of assigned product specialties while working closely with internal sales teams, manufacturing partners, and directly with end users.

Key ObjectivesAchieve sales goals through increased revenue and gross marginDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customersExecute territory and account strategic planningDevelop opportunities and report on key sales activitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesThe Outside Sales Engineer will support customers throughout the Bay Area region, engaging with commercial, industrial, and municipal end users.

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Remote (Dublin, California, US))
