What you'll do:

  • Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, email, social, and networking to generate new leads and close deals.
  • Build authentic relationships with business owners and decision-makers, uncovering their pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage a robust pipeline and push deals forward with urgency and precision.
  • Partner with sales leadership and marketing to improve pitch strategies and support scalable growth.
  • Track industry trends, identify opportunities, and continuously sharpen your edge.
  • Consistently exceed targets—and earn like it.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (fintech, payments, or SaaS a plus)
  • Proven closer with strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Hunger to succeed and a “no excuses” mentality
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Comfort working both independently and in team-based environments

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary + uncapped commissions + performance bonuses
