The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Delivery Driver’s Helper / Warehouse Associate to join our Bellmawr, NJ distribution team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and learning skills that can lead to long-term career growth within our company.

What You’ll Do
Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries to jobsites and our branches
Inspect flooring and related products for damage or defects before delivery
Verify delivery paperwork and note any discrepancies
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and delivery operations
Support warehouse tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
Forklift experience is a plus (we provide training and in-house certification)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Team player who takes direction well and stays flexible
Strong attention to detail and dependability
