Rueb Stoller Daniel, LLP, is a national plaintiffs’ firm that represents thousands of clients across the United States in complex multi-state and multi-district, mass-tort, class-action, and individual litigations seeking justice for our clients. Our firm and attorneys have excellent reputations – both locally and nationally. Our San Diego office is currently looking for entry level Intake Agents to support our rapidly growing Firm. This is an in-office position at our San Diego office location.

Responsibilities Include:

· Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

· Using call center “scripts” to determine whether a matter qualifies to be reviewed further

· Maintaining call center database by entering and verifying information accurately

Requirements Include:

· Customer Service Skills

· Telephone Communication Skills

· Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish rapport with the caller

· Data Entry skills

· Ability to Multi-task

· Dependability

· High school diploma is required

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
