SCHEDULE:
- 20-30 hours per week
- Evening Shift
- Weekends as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including managing phone systems
