Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Honeymoon Travel Specialist to join our remote travel planning team. This role is dedicated to helping newlyweds plan and book their dream honeymoon experiences, offering personalized recommendations and high-touch service from consultation to return. The ideal candidate has a strong background in romantic and luxury travel planning, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate bespoke honeymoon packages tailored to clients’ preferences, including destinations, accommodations, tours, and romantic experiences.

  • Provide expert guidance on trending honeymoon destinations, travel requirements, weather conditions, and cultural highlights.

  • Manage all booking logistics using approved travel platforms and GDS systems.

  • Assist clients with itinerary modifications, travel emergencies, or changes while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

  • Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth.

  • Maintain organized client profiles, preferences, and travel histories to ensure seamless service.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external travel partners (hotels, resorts, airlines) to secure the best rates and exclusive perks.

  • Ensure compliance with all industry standards, visa requirements, and insurance recommendations.

  • Stay informed on honeymoon travel trends, packages, and destination updates.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in travel planning, preferably focused on luxury or honeymoon travel.

  • Knowledge of high-demand romantic destinations such as Maldives, Bali, Greece, Italy, Bora Bora, and Caribbean resorts.

  • Proficiency in booking platforms and GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or similar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a high degree of empathy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage several client files independently in a remote environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in Travel, Hospitality, or Tourism is preferred.

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
