💵 Pay Rate: $17.75/hour | Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday 7:45 AM- 4:15 PM

Tresco, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help keep our facilities safe, clean, and welcoming. If you take pride in your work and want to be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
✨ Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms; sweep and mop tile floors
Clean entranceway and building windows (interior/exterior), and office glass as needed
Empty trash and replace liners throughout facility
Perform monthly high dusting, including blinds, and dust all surfaces as needed
Refill restroom supplies: paper products, soap, deodorizers, and batteries
Vacuum all carpeted areas regularly
Complete other cleaning duties as assigned
Notify Facilities Maintenance of any maintenance or repair needs
Assist members of the public in a professional and courteous manner when needed
📚 What You Need to Succeed:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior custodial/janitorial experience preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered per Tresco policy
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid driver’s license or Real ID required
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a background check, MVR check, and post-offer drug screening
Key Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Maintain confidentiality
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
