Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Kitchen All-Star—someone who can do it all in the back of house. From dishes to dough making, pizza chef work to prep cook duties, you’ll be a key player in making the magic happen. We need someone reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in wherever the kitchen needs you.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and portion ingredients for service
- Make our house-made dough from scratch
- Build, cook, and finish high-quality pizzas
- Assist in all kitchen stations as needed
- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Communicate with your team to keep things running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous pizza or kitchen experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Available for a mix of days, nights, and weekends
- Strong work ethic and positive team mentality
- Willingness to learn and do whatever it takes to get the job done
