Customer Service and Online Program Support – Landscape Supply Centre
Position Summary
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Customer Service and Online Support person will be engaged in all selling related activities at our Landscape yard located in Schomberg, Ontario. This position offers the opportunity for full-time, year-round employment at one of Canada’s largest nursery operations.
The Successful Candidate will possess the following.
- 1-2 years experience in related role
- intermediate MS office skills
- passion for and knowledge of ornamental plant material (preferred)
- strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- solid problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a team environment with consistent deadlines
- SAP experience (preferred)
Duties and responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include,
- solicitation of orders from existing and potential clients
- responding to general customer inquiries via phone and/or email
- process customer payments in person and over the phone.
- process incoming online order information, creating accurate shipping labels
- communicate with internal teams and external couriers on daily pickup needs
- order/invoice document preparation.
