Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a Server for Upland Brewing Company on College Ave in Indianapolis, IN. We are hiring hard-working, customer-focused servers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our beer and food
- Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials
- Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations
- Set tables, deliver food & beverage
- Deliver a great customer experience for all guests
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to listen & communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
