Senior Health Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist. We are an inbound call center focusing on the senior life and health insurance market. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy who can attach audio files to specific client records in our CRM System. This is essential for quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and improving customer service.

Office hours are daytime hours Monday through Friday, full-time. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

- Previous positions using computer knowledge and abilities
- Previous positions working with recordings a plus

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
