Key Responsibilities

Process and manage payroll ( PAYCHEX PAYROLL) for automotive dealership employees accurately and on schedule.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.
Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings as required.
Handle payroll inquiries from employees and management professionally and promptly.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations affecting the automotive industry.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within the automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
