What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Answer phones and greet customers with a professional, friendly attitude
- Support Parts, Service, Finance, and Operations teams
- Handle paperwork, filing, and incoming mail
- Process customer payments, invoices, and basic account follow-ups
- Enter employee time and assist with payroll processing
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and stocked
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist managers and departments with daily admin needs
What We’re Looking For (Key Qualifications)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Word, Excel)
- Reliable, team-focused, and willing to help where needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position

Salary Information
$18.00 - $20.00
Hourly Wage
