What You'll Expect

Dual Rate Shift Managers/Floor Supervisors manage and oversee casino gaming operations, including table games, slot machines, and other gaming activities. You'll ensure compliance with gaming regulations, maintain game integrity, provide exceptional guest service, and collaborate with security and compliance teams to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily Table Games operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and revenue optimization
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a positive gaming atmosphere
  • Supervise, coach, and direct dealers and team members on proper procedures
  • Monitor table performance, inventories, fills/credits, and daily reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, including MICS and Title 31
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly


What You'll Bring

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and casino operations
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and casino management systems


What We Require

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of Casino Table Games management or related experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
