What you'll do:

You will be a member of our dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional cross-functional team comprised of experts from two different functions. This team has been put together as one unit to execute compliance reviews and manual motor vehicle record orders. Taking the initiative, having strong organizational skills, and adjusting priorities quickly as circumstances dictate are essential for this position's success. Additionally, the candidate must work well with a team committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

In the Compliance function, you will respond accurately to consumer and customer requests and disputes according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You will provide world-class customer service to both our consumers and customers. You will be the key contact to resolve frontline issues for our consumers and customers regarding requests for their motor vehicle records and the accuracy of their motor vehicle records, ensuring their concerns are resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will be solely responsible for data research in this function to confirm the accuracy of any information supplied to the consumer in a motor vehicle record.

In the Manual Ordering Processing function, you will be focused on processing manual motor vehicle record orders for several offshore territories and Canadian jurisdictions from beginning to end. The candidate will handle a high volume of driver releases that must be analyzed before submission and complete a high volume of data entry from the offshore territories and Canadian jurisdiction's results within established time frames. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting our customers via email through Salesforce within 24 hours.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Availability needs are Monday-Friday, 7 am-6 pm MS
