Roofing Sales Representative Position Summary

Ace Pro Roofing is seeking motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-earning, commission-based opportunity ideal for self-starters who are confident in their ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. What You’ll Be Doing As A Roofing Sales Representative

Generate new residential roofing sales in Broward and Miami-Dade counties
Conduct roof inspections, including climbing ladders and assessing roof conditions
Meet with homeowners to evaluate needs and provide roofing solutions
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Follow up with prospects and close sales
Maintain accurate records using basic technology tools (email, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
Manage your own schedule and pipeline to maximize results

What We’re Looking For In A Roofing Sales Representative

Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction industry a plus)
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to earn high commissions
Ability to safely climb ladders and inspect roofs
Basic proficiency with computers, email, smartphones, and estimating tools
Reliable transportation and professional demeanor

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

In addition to roof replacements, we also provide expert roof repairs, restoration, upkeep, coatings, and inspections. We have a great deal of expertise in residential and commercial roofing, both retail and storm damage.
