RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning eatery tables, benches, bathrooms, and floors
• Emptying trash bins in kitchen and dining area
• Receiving and storing kitchen supplies
• Maintaining proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations
• Stocking and maintaining side stations for all team members in the restaurant
• Clearing dishes when the patrons have finished a course and bringing the dirty dishes to the dishwasher
• Assisting the wait staff as needed by bringing appetizers or other plates
• Providing clean napkins and condiments
• Helping to serve food

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy levels
• Ability to work in a team
