IT Helpdesk Technician
Location: Cranston, RI (On-site)
Division: Ross-Simons, a Luxury Brand Holdings Company
Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for IT support, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our organization. You’ll assist employees with technical issues, maintain IT equipment, and uphold cybersecurity standards to keep our systems secure and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first responder for IT support requests, resolving tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Provide technical assistance in person, over the phone, and via email/chat.
- Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and basic network systems.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user devices, peripherals, and software applications.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge resources for the team.
- Support onboarding of new employees and manage IT-related setup.
- Maintain IT inventory and troubleshoot printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
- Promote and enforce cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

- VPN and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems
- Atlassian JIRA
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with basic networking, client/server environments, and MFA systems
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
