Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Ross-Simons is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Helpdesk Technician who is passionate about technology and delivering outstanding user support. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and want to grow your IT career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this role is a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for IT support, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our organization. You’ll assist employees with technical issues, maintain IT equipment, and uphold cybersecurity standards to keep our systems secure and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first responder for IT support requests, resolving tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical assistance in person, over the phone, and via email/chat.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hardware, software, and basic network systems.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain user devices, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge resources for the team.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and manage IT-related setup.
  • Maintain IT inventory and troubleshoot printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
  • Promote and enforce cybersecurity best practices across the organization.

  • Windows and macOS platforms
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration
  • Active Directory
  • VPN and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems
  • Atlassian JIRA

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Spanish language skills a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Familiarity with basic networking, client/server environments, and MFA systems
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
