About the Role
DSA Doors is looking for a reliable and organized Warranty Support Associate to support our Warranty and Technical Services team. This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a supportive team environment. You’ll assist with warranty claim intake, data entry, documentation, replacement parts inquiries, and customer communication—no technical background required.

What You’ll Do
- Receive customer warranty inquiries via phone and email
- Enter warranty cases and customer information into our CRM
- Gather required documentation such as photos, receipts, or forms
- Track part orders and notify customers of updates
- Provide basic product and warranty information from written guidelines
- Keep files, logs, and case notes organized and accurate
- Support the warranty team with general administrative tasks
- Handle requests for quotations and place orders for replacement parts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree preferred
- At least one year in previous customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to learn company products and warranty processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good communication skills and a courteous, customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to follow established procedures and ask for guidance when needed.
