💼 About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager (Non-Pre-Leasing) plays a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience while supporting leasing operations, marketing efforts, and daily property management functions. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for residents and collaborate closely with Property Managers, Leasing, Maintenance, and Marketing teams to drive occupancy and community satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and meaningful interaction with residents.

🔑 What You’ll Do

Leasing & Occupancy Support (35%)

  • Manage the leasing process from prospect to resident to ensure efficiency and a high-quality experience

  • Support application processing, lease execution, and move-in coordination

  • Partner with Property Managers to optimize occupancy and leasing outcomes

Resident Experience & Relationships (30%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to questions and resolving concerns

  • Escalate complex issues to the Property Manager while maintaining a resident-first approach

  • Build positive relationships that strengthen resident satisfaction and retention

Marketing & Community Engagement (15%)

  • Support and lead marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and visibility

  • Maintain accurate property listings across websites and external platforms

  • Assist with branding, photography, floor plans, and marketing materials

  • Help plan and execute community events and outreach efforts

Other Responsibilities (20%)

  • Conduct regular property and community walks to uphold Uptown’s industry-leading standards

  • Create and follow up on maintenance work orders using internal systems

  • Monitor compliance related to rent payments, renter’s insurance, and utility transfers

  • Support unplanned needs and day-to-day operational priorities

Salary Information

$21.0 - $25.0 Hourly Wage
