Position Description: Cantey Tech is building a modern outbound engine powered by data, signal-based workflows, and go-to-market engineering.
This is not a traditional BDR position.
You wont be handed stale lists and told to smile and dial. You will operate inside a performance-driven outbound system built to help you win.
We are looking for a highly motivated, career-focused BDR who wants to master outbound execution and earn at a high level.
Compensation
Competitive total on-target earnings (OTE) depending on experience and performance.
Earnings are directly tied to meetings attended and scale meaningfully with consistent production.
This structure is designed to significantly reward consistent, high-performing BDRs who exceed expectations month over month and quarter over quarter.
About the Role
This BDR will be responsible for generating qualified meetings for our sales team through a multi-channel outbound strategy.
You will operate inside a modern outbound environment that includes:
Dynamic, trigger-based prospect lists (not static data dumps)
Best-in-class enrichment and data accuracy
Integrated LinkedIn automation
Integrated email automation
Signal-driven workflows that surface buying intent
A clear, performance-based incentive structure
Your job is to turn high-quality signals into meaningful conversations and booked meetings.

Execute daily outbound calling with focus and discipline
Convert warm signals into live conversations
Book and confirm qualified meetings
Work active lists generated from GTM workflows
Track daily metrics and performance benchmarks
Maintain a high meeting attendance rate

Compensation is heavily performance-driven and rewards consistency month over month and quarter over quarter.
