Collections Representative

Overview:

The Collections Representative handles customer accounts with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and professional collection of payments. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve account issues efficiently and respectfully.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to arrange payment on past-due accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements when appropriate
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities
• Work with accounting to reconcile accounts
