We are looking for an AI Platform Product Manager to support the AI Lead in defining and coordinating Chyron’s company-wide AI strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging AI to transform live sports and broadcast experiences—turning AI potential into scalable, high-impact capabilities while working cross-functionally to structure, prioritise, and integrate AI initiatives across our product portfolio. A strong interest in US and international sports, combined with an appreciation for live broadcast workflows and data-driven storytelling, will help you shape innovations that truly resonate with fans and broadcasters alike.
What will you do:
Support the AI Lead in defining and coordinating the company-wide AI portfolio and roadmap.
Structure, evaluate, and prioritise AI opportunities from across all product teams.
Manage the AI opportunity pipeline from ideation through feasibility, ROI, and delivery planning.
Lead product discovery workshops, ideation sessions, and validation with stakeholders.
Identify overlapping needs and drive shared AI capabilities across the product portfolio.
Partner with product, engineering, and AI teams to assess feasibility, cost, risk, and platform impact.
Define success metrics for AI initiatives, including accuracy, latency, and fallback behaviour.
Ensure alignment across teams on shared AI models, APIs, infrastructure, and integration standards.
Coordinate release timing and integration readiness across multiple products.
Track AI trends and support validation through customer insights and competitive analysis.
Support go-to-market efforts, internal communication, documentation, and enablement activities.
What will you bring:
Solid understanding of ML/AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, recommendation systems); hands-on experience is a plus.
Proven experience defining and executing product strategy for AI-powered or data-driven products.
Strong awareness of AI trends, with the ability to identify where AI delivers real customer value versus unnecessary complexity.
Skilled at prioritising AI initiatives based on ROI, feasibility, and user impact.
Understanding of AI-related compliance, ethics, and data privacy considerations.
Experience in product management or product-related roles within B2B software environments.
Strong ability to structure, organise, and communicate complex product and technical concepts.
Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with product, engineering, AI, UX, sales, and marketing teams.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience with Jira, Confluence, and G Suite is a plus.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to act as the authority on customer intent and strategic fit.
Experience in broadcast or live production environments is a plus; paired with a strong desire to learn, engage directly with customers, and design solutions grounded in real production workflows.
