Full-Time | $125,000–150,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am–2:30pm

The Opportunity
As a key member of our procedural team, you will assist physicians during minimally invasive spine and pain management procedures in a safe and efficient operating environment. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and strong collaboration to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Surgical Assistance & Procedural Support
- Assist surgeons during operations by controlling bleeding, suturing incisions, and ensuring the surgical field remains sterile
- Operate C-Arm and fluoroscope under guidance/in conjunction with the Surgeon
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes
- Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to surgical procedures
- Excel in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Maintain strict attention to sterile technique and surgical precision
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with surgeons and clinical staff
- Stay detail-oriented while prioritizing patient safety
- Take pride in supporting minimally invasive procedures that improve quality of life
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited surgical assistant or surgical technology program
- National certification (CSA, CSFA, or equivalent credential)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in an OR setting required for first-assistant roles
- Required Skills & Abilities
- Surgical assisting techniques, ability to close own
- Instrument and equipment knowledge
- Aseptic and sterile technique
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
