AIAEC is a leading SaaS provider delivering innovative software solutions for the AEC industry.
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven VP of Sales with proven experience selling AEC software to drive revenue growth, scale the sales team, and expand market adoption of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a high-impact sales strategy for SaaS solutions serving the AEC industry.
- Drive enterprise sales growth for AEC software products.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with experience in AEC software sales.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize lead generation, adoption, and customer retention.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting to the executive team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader (VP/Director) selling software solutions in the AEC industry within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Experience selling products such as:
- Revit
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- Project management and collaboration platforms for AEC firms
- Strong knowledge of SaaS sales models, including enterprise contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Established network within the AEC software and construction industry.
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction project leaders.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot
