AIAEC is a leading SaaS provider delivering innovative software solutions for the AEC industry.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven VP of Sales with proven experience selling AEC software to drive revenue growth, scale the sales team, and expand market adoption of our SaaS solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a high-impact sales strategy for SaaS solutions serving the AEC industry.
  • Drive enterprise sales growth for AEC software products.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with experience in AEC software sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in architecture, engineering, and construction firms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize lead generation, adoption, and customer      retention.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting to the executive team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Requirements:

  

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader (VP/Director) selling software solutions in the AEC industry within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience selling products such as:
    • Revit
    • Navisworks
    • AutoCAD
    • Project management and collaboration platforms for AEC firms
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales models, including enterprise contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Established network within the AEC software and construction industry.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction project leaders.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot
