About this position

Summary: The Manager, Feasibility & Pricing is responsible for developing enrollment projections and pricing models that support proposal development and protect study profitability. This role standardizes enrollment assumptions, maintains cost-per-consent benchmarks, and validates financial viability of opportunities prior to submission. The Manager partners with Business Development, Operations, and FP&A to ensure proposals are competitive, consistent, and aligned with margin targets.

 This role serves as the primary reviewer of feasibility inputs and pricing assumptions to reduce financial risk and improve forecasting accuracy across CSS patient recruitment programs.

 Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Builds and maintains enrollment models for new study opportunities
  • Calculates pricing using standardized cost-per-consent assumptions
  • Maintains therapeutic-area benchmark library (conversion rates, timelines, SFR assumptions)
  • Reviews protocols to determine recruitment complexity and risk level
  • Validates assumptions used in proposals prior to submission
  • Partners with Business Development on pricing strategy and tradeoffs
  • Partners with FP&A to confirm margin alignment and guardrails
  • Identifies outlier budgets or unrealistic enrollment projections
  • Conducts sensitivity and scenario analyses for proposals
  • Documents and maintains standardized feasibility methodology
  • Tracks historical performance to improve modeling accuracy
  • Provides pricing rationale documentation for internal approval workflows
  • Supports continuous improvement of pricing templates and calculators
  • Assists with RFP documentation formatting
  • Participates in sponsor strategy discussions when requested
  • Contributes to internal training on feasibility standards
  • Occasional travel to Company meetings and conferences as needed. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Statistics, Public Health, or related field preferred)
  • 3+ years in clinical research, patient recruitment, feasibility, or proposal pricing
  • Experience reviewing protocols and enrollment projections preferred
  • Experience working with CROs, sponsors, or vendors strongly preferred

Physical Requirements and/or environmental factors:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
  • Travel to sponsor required meetings as needed.
