The Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise‑wide analytics that drive data‑informed decision‑making. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable reporting, actionable insights, and trusted metrics across Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Professional Services and Customer Success.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a high‑performing analytics team delivering dashboards, insights, and executive reporting.
  • Establish and own a reporting and analytics Center of Excellence, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment on key metrics.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs, performance frameworks, and analytics roadmaps that support GTM strategy and business priorities.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end analytics delivery, including data validation, metric definitions, dashboard design, and insight generation.
  • Audit and improve data quality across core systems to ensure reliable reporting and decision‑making.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for executive and board‑level audiences.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analysis of performance data.

Essential Requirments:

  • 10+ years’ experience, 5+ years’ People Management Experience
  • Talent development and team leadership
  • Strong analytical thinking, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.
  • Proven experience leading analytics or BI teams
  • Deep understanding of GTM, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics
