Position Overview

Crescent Brands is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of key product categories across our portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Creative teams to bring new products to market, support distributor success, and drive revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role in a collaborative environment where strong organization, pricing discipline, and cross-functional communication are critical. Category focus and scope will be aligned based on experience and business needs. Crescent Brands is building its Product Management team as part of a broader growth initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Own product roadmap for assigned categories
  • Lead new product launches from concept through commercialization
  • Manage SKU architecture, assortment planning, pricing strategy, and      margin analysis
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends and      opportunities
  • Identify product gaps and growth opportunities across the portfolio
  • Manage large SKU assortments in a wholesale or distribution      environment
  • Gather feedback from distributors, customers, and trade show      interactions to inform product improvements

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales on distributor sell-in, training materials, and      customer insights
  • Work with Operations on sourcing, packaging, production timelines,      and inventory considerations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on catalogs, ecommerce      content, trade shows, and product positioning
  • Coordinate with Finance on cost modeling, pricing strategy, and      profitability

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support product launches at trade shows and industry events
  • Develop internal training materials and customer-facing resources
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
  • Help maintain consistent brand and product messaging across channels

Ecommerce & Data Support

  • Partner with the Digital team to optimize product listings on      crescentbrands.com and retailer platforms
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to guide      product decisions
  • Track KPIs including sales, margins, lifecycle performance, and      category growth
