Job Summary:

The Director of Client Solutions will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively recruit and manage client accounts, conduct thorough business and data analysis, and oversee project management processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Client Recruitment and Management:

   - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

   - Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.


2. Business Analysis:

   - Conduct comprehensive analyses to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

   - Develop and present proposals and strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

   - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.


3. Project Management:

   - Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

   - Develop project plans, establish milestones, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.

   - Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.


4. Data Analysis:

   - Analyze client data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business strategies and decision-making.

   - Utilize data visualization tools and reporting techniques to present findings to clients and internal teams.

   - Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices related to data analytics.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analysis, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client management, business analysis, project management, or a similar role.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in project management tools and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Tableau, Excel, etc.).

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
