We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! This role is focused on meeting new candidates, building relationships, networking in the community, and matching people with the right job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and interview candidates

• Build strong relationships in the community

• Match qualified applicants with open positions

• Help develop strong, reliable teams

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and organized

• Must work in person Columbus, OH and meet applicants in surrounding areas
