Key Responsibilities

Participate in core financial and accounting functions such as General Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Internal Audit.
Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Contribute to ongoing compliance and internal control efforts.
Engage in enterprise-wide accounting projects and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leaders.
Support process improvement initiatives to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least one internship or previous relevant work experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, sports captain, or work project leadership).
Proficiency with financial tools and systems preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
