Key Responsibilities
- Participate in core financial and accounting functions such as General Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Internal Audit.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
- Contribute to ongoing compliance and internal control efforts.
- Engage in enterprise-wide accounting projects and data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leaders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least one internship or previous relevant work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, sports captain, or work project leadership).
- Proficiency with financial tools and systems preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
