This full-time internship perfect for college students looking to develop their communication, organization, and problem- solving skill while working with nationwide subcontractors and clients.
- Support teams with a variety of task-based work
- Select approved qualified sub-contractors to fill orders, schedule, and dispatch as directed
- Communicate specific scope of work requirements from client to sub-contractor clearly and effectively
- Maintain progress and status notes on assigned jobs
- Communicate with sub-contractors professionally and timely
- Collect, upload, review sub-invoices, pictures and required paperwork as directed on projects
- Assist teams to complete billing in a timely manner
- Flexible to be able to move from team to team and project to project with ease as business needs dictate
- Able to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Ability to work May - August
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while producing high quality, high-quantity work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly

- Professional telephone and email etiquette in all client and work interactions
