What You'll DoAs a Residential Service Electrician, you will:

Perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations, including panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, outlets, and switches.

Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot complex problems to deliver safe and effective solutions.

Provide clear explanations and recommendations to homeowners regarding repair, replacement, and upgrade options.

Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners about their electrical systems.

Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and local electrical codes.

Maintain a clean and professional work environment at job sites.

Properly manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles.

Document work orders and job details using ServiceTitan or similar software.

What It Takes to SucceedSuccessful candidates will bring:

2+ years of residential electrical service experience

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to educate customers and present service options

A customer-first mindset and ability to meet performance goals

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication and professionalism

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
