Now, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to help us take fun to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll be part ringleader, part operations wizard, and part guest experience guru. Your role includes:
- Leading, training, and motivating our dynamic team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Supporting daily park operations, from attractions and events to food & beverage areas
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and high-energy environment
- Jumping in wherever needed — from troubleshooting arcade games to keeping the vibe upbeat
- Working closely with the GM to drive team performance, sales, and service excellence
- Keeping the fun on track — managing staff schedules, inventory, and guest feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, amusement, or entertainment settings
- High-energy, guest-first mindset with a love for making people smile
- Strong problem-solving skills and cool-headedness under pressure
- Weekend and evening availability (it’s when the fun happens!)
- Bonus points if you can beat the high score on Skee-Ball
