Are you passionate about youth sports and a pro at planning logistics? We’re looking for a Youth Sports Travel Coordinator to organize seamless travel experiences for teams going to tournaments, showcases, and training events.

As a Youth Sports Travel Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for teams, coaches, and families—making sure everything from flights to hotel rooms is handled with care. You'll coordinate travel for groups of athletes, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel for youth sports teams (airfare, hotels, ground transportation, meals, etc)
Communicate with coaches, parents, and event organizers to align on travel needs
Manage group reservations and negotiate best rates with suppliers
Create and manage travel itineraries with attention to detail and timing
Be on-call during travel dates to handle changes or emergencies
Track budgets and ensure compliance with team or organization guidelines

Requirements:

Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working with tight deadlines and high-energy clients
Familiarity with youth sports tournaments and seasonal schedules
Good with computers, online booking tools and supplier coordination
