Position Description: The Media Planner is an integral part of our planning and execution team.
This is a foundational role where you'll translate client objectives into cohesive, cross-platform media recommendations. You'll get hands-on experience across strategy, buying, optimization, and reporting, building the skills to grow into senior planning roles. Position Responsibilities: Plan & execute media campaigns:
  • Support strategic planning and plan implementation that translates client objectives into cross-channel media recommendations
  • Develop custom programs consistent with approved strategies and budgets
  • Optimize campaigns and manage account administration
Own operations & reporting:
  • Manage budget tracking, pacing, and billing operations
  • Traffic campaigns and pull reports using third-party ad servers (CM360, Meta)
  • Conduct research and deliver reporting that informs strategy
Collaborate & grow:
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
  • Support training and onboarding of new hires as the team grows
  • Stay current on digital pricing models, media tools, and platform updates
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What You Bring -
  • Knowledge of media tools and resources with familiarity across digital pricing models
  • Working expertise in third-party ad servers (CM360, Meta) to traffic campaigns and pull reports
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with internal and external teams
  • Retail or commerce experience is a plus
Qualifications -
  • 1+ years of integrated media planning experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

    Salary Information

    $66300.00 - $67500.00 Annual Salary
