Shift: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Light Maintenance Worker to keep our office and production areas clean, organized, and running safely. This is an entry-level role and we will train on all required tasks and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Cleaning
- Sweep, mop, and maintain office and production floors
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
- Wipe down counters, tables, windows, and equipment
- Restock cleaning, paper, and production-related supplies
Light Maintenance & Production Support
- Help perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment (greasing, oiling, belt changing, filter cleaning, etc.)
- Assist with organizing and keeping work areas clean and safe
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Willingness to work on miscellaneous projects as needed
Equipment & Training
- Will train to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, pressurized air wands, and floor scrubbers
- Follow basic safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Must have valid, unexpired IDs for employment verification
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
