Weed Man, the largest franchised lawn care company in North America and the #1 franchise in lawn care, is currently looking to hire motivated and outgoing Aerator Technician and Lawn Care Technicians to provide exceptional customer service to our customers! Responsibilities for Technicians:
- Perform lawn aerations for existing customers.
- Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilizer, weed control, and other professional applications.
- Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service.
- Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospective customers.
- Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations.
- Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded!
- Clearly communicate with your team and/or supervisor.
