Position: Seasonal Call Center Sales Representative
Location: Onsite/In-Person at our Cranston, RI Headquarters
Training: Mandatory paid training from Monday, October 13th to Friday, October 17th
Hours: 9AM – 5PM
A Day in the Life:
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers shopping for fine jewelry. (approx. 40 per day)
- Provide product information and guide customers through their purchasing decisions.
- Process orders and update customer account information.
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend additional products.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product launches, and inventory.
- Navigate and assist customers with our website, ross-simons.com
- Meet or exceed individual and team goals and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales-focused call center or similar environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed goals.
- Interest in jewelry is highly recommended.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow.
