About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises, driving the hotel's airport shuttle, supporting various operational tasks, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.


What You'll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned areas, including hallways, public spaces, and back-office areas.
  • Operate the hotel's airport shuttle
  • Assist the housekeeping and engineering teams with tasks such as delivering supplies and setting up equipment.
  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free environment by adhering to established cleaning and maintenance guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to guest or team member requests and provide exceptional service support.
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs or escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
  • Support with inventory management and replenishment of supplies in designated areas.
  • Collaborate with the team to address any operational concerns and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a housekeeping, janitorial, or maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks that include lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
