What You'll Be Doing

• Assist lead technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of sewer lines and related systems.
• Operate and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for sewer installation.
• Prepare job sites by digging, trenching, and setting up necessary materials and safety barriers.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company and OSHA standards.
• Support team members with cleanup, backfilling, and restoration of job sites upon project completion.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Comfortable working in trenches and uneven terrain
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Experience in plumbing, excavation, or construction a plus—but not required
