Job Title: Clinical Nursing Operations Supervisor (Registered Nurse)

Reports to: Clinical Director
Role Overview:
The Clinical Operations Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily clinical operations of our healthcare facility. This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of patient care, staff management, and process efficiency.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $100-150K depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight: Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement, streamline workflows, and drive efficiency in clinical operations.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control, optimizing resource allocation and reducing operational costs where possible.
Patient Parent Satisfaction: Collaborate with our Clinical and Administrative Team to enhance patient parent satisfaction and ensure a positive healthcare journey.
Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Improved Patient Care: By enhancing clinical operations, we can provide better care, leading to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Cost Reduction: Streamlining processes and resource allocation will result in cost savings.
Higher Staff Retention: Staff will benefit from better training and support, leading to improved job satisfaction and lower turnover.
Performance Management: Conduct and document ongoing performance evaluation and feedback and discipline as required
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance will mitigate potential fines or penalties, reducing financial risk.

Education and Experience:
· Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Washington or hold a multistate RN license with eligibility to practice in Washington State under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
· ASN accepted, BSN preferred
· 3-5 years of RN clinical experience, preferably in neonatal /pediatric critical care
· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage nursing teams
· Demonstrated ability to drive positive change in a cutting-edge organization
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to and safely adopt new technical systems and skills as needed
· Demonstrated experience and clinical excellence in the provision of medically-intensive care, specifically with babies 0-5 years

Qualifications:
- Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Washington or hold a multistate RN license with eligibility to practice in Washington State under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric critical care or a related clinical setting.
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in patient care.
Working Conditions:
- This position may require frequent movement including but not limited to standing, walking, lifting, climbing, stooping, bending, carrying, and handling packages/supplies up to 50lbs
- Some travel may be required.
