About this position
Our client, a respected Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. This role focuses exclusively on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty-related litigation.
Location is flexible within California, but all applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000 a year
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with complex commercial or product liability matters
Proven experience in:
Trial and arbitration preparation
Motion practice, depositions, and mediations
Strong legal research, advocacy, writing, and negotiation skills
Excellent academic credentials
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior warranty litigation experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
