About this position
Job Objective/Summary: The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting. The RN collaborates with providers, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role focuses on assessment, patient education, care coordination, and clinical support to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role also supports our Cardiac Rehab facility.
Job Education, Licenses/Certifications, Knowledge & Experience: Must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), completion of an accredited nursing program, Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas. Must be BLS certified. Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures. Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
