As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Music City  Auto Auction! You're not just answering phones – you're creating the first impression for our dealers and customers while keeping our front office running smoothly. Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Greet walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service
  • Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for our company
  • Accurately prepare, process, and mail vehicle titles to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor, organize, and maintain front office supply inventory to ensure operational needs are met
  • Complete documentation and data entry to facilitate the auction process
  • Effectively communicate with clients, answering questions and resolving issues, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality when processing sensitive information
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures while supporting office operations
  • Maintain a professional appearance and keep the front office organized and welcoming
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven work experience in an office clerical or administrative role
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and other computer systems
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass our background check and drug screening
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Professional communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Valid unrestricted driver’s license

Nice to Have (But We'll Train You!)

  • Previous automotive or auction experience
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems

The Details

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours (off early on Friday's & weekends are yours!)
  • Location: Our Spring Hill, TN location (37174) - you'll need to be able to get here
  • Environment: Professional front office in a busy auction facility
  • Style: Full-time, permanent position where you can really build something
