Job Summary:
The Team Lead is responsible for the daily supervision, motivation, coaching, and professional development of a team of Call Center Agents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction and clear communication to team members.
Monitor and supervise the performance of the outbound call center team.
Cultivate the professional growth of team members from the hiring phase through separation.
Deliver consistent performance feedback and coaching.
Administer necessary disciplinary action.
Continually assess and propose improvements to processes and methods.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Strong capacity for leading by example.
Proven ability to heavily multitask and work under pressure.
High attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including day, evening, and weekends as needed.
Benefits: Paid time off.
Payment: Paid weekly on Friday.
