Benchmark Therapies is growing and excited to welcome part-time and full-time COTAs to our therapy team at Asbury Riverwoods. As our therapy caseload continues to expand, we're building out our OT department — making this a wonderful opportunity to grow right alongside us.
What You'll Do
Provide individualized, high-quality occupational therapy services
Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
Bring compassion, professionalism, and positive energy to every session
Collaborate closely with your therapy team to create a supportive, energized environment
What You'll Bring
A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
An active Pennsylvania COTA license in good standing
A genuine passion for working with older adults
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
