Responsibilities Include:

The Director of Rehabilitation duties include overseeing and providing therapy services to residents including evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or greater in therapy from an accredited college

• Unencumbered PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or ST license in the state in which we operate

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
